- Limited to just 250 made.
Following an innovative collaboration with Japan’s premium denim maker Momotaro on a textile spin of the Divers Fifty-Six, swiss luxury watchmaker ORIS is now taking the model in another direction, honoring the village the brand was founded in with an all-new Hölstein collection and kickstarting it with a full bronze iteration.
Measuring in at 43mm, everything from the case, bezel, and bezel insert to the crown and pump pushers for the chronograph have all been constructed in solid bronze. The brand also hails the bracelet as the first-ever full bronze bracelet in Swiss watchmaking. The dial itself features round lumed indices with the exception of differentiating markers at 12 and 6 o’clock, while two black subdials sit neatly at 3 and 9 o’clock. Movement-wise, its powered by the Sellita-based ORIS 771 automatic, boasting a power reserve of 48 hours and operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour. Water resistance comes in at 10 bar, or 100m.
For those interested, the ORIS Divers Fifty-Six Hölstein Edition is now available over on the company’s website, limited to just 250 pieces and retailing at $5,200 USD. Head over to learn more.
