With most of us wanting to save and not spend amidst the lockdown, we may find it difficult to revamp our wardrobe, Here are some awesome tips to bring back to life your dead wardrobe.
1) Re-think the way you wear things
Think out of the box. Don’t get restricted by the way you ordinarily wear a piece. Get creative and check out the trends for inspiration.
2) Host a swapping party
Get a good group of friends together, ask everyone to bring a bag of clothes they’ve fallen out of love with, and spend a few lovely hours sifting through the pile and choosing what you’d like to swap or trade.
3) Turn old T-shirts into accessories
One of the best upcycling tips involves turning T-shirts that have reached the end of their life into yarn, which can then be knitted into headbands, bracelets and necklaces, making superb gifts.
4) Make use of the better half
If your wardrobe is full of dresses that would be great if only they had different sleeves, collars or necklines, you can try altering the half you like for another half.
5) Dye it
Yea, you should tie dye the dresses you got bored from their looks or the ones whose colours are fading. It’s impossible to be sad while wearing tie dye colors, especially if you accessorize with your favorite rainbow loom bracelet.
