Cardi B‘s 2018 project Invasion of Privacy has made chart history once again as it enters its 100th week on the Billboard 200 chart, making it the longest-charting debut studio album from a female rapper in history. The 13-track album previously tied with and subsequently beat Lauryn Hill’s record of 91 weeks.
Invasion of Privacy originally dropped in April 2018 and went straight to No. 1, amassing a total of 255,000 equivalent album units with 103,000 from pure album sales. The 27-year-old rapper also went on to become the first solo female rapper to with Best Rap Album at the 61st GRAMMY Awards, along with receiving nominations for Album of the Year, Record of the Year and Best Rap Performance.
Bardi is currently gearing up for the release of her sophomore album, temporarily entitled Tiger Woods.
