6LACK prepares for the release of his EP “6pc Hot” by sharing his single “Float.”
On “Float,” 6LACK delivers a “late-night vibe check” track and it seems as if he’s reflecting on attention-grabbing aspects of his life. While everything is spinning around him and applying pressure, he’s doing his best to not only stay focused but to keep his head above the water. The slow jam is a noteworthy lead into his anticipated EP, especially after he delivered his impressive “ATL Freestyle.”
Alongside his forthcoming EP, he will be launching his Hot Sauce brand, “600 Degrees by 6LACK,” on June 26. On the same day, he’ll also be launching the 6LACK on Black Business Collaboration with Postmates and local Black-owned Atlanta restaurant favorite Goodfellas, offering custom 6LACK menu item and a free hot sauce bottle with 6 piece hot wings for $6 USD to ATL residents. Finally, he’ll be introducing the “Coming in Hot” Robotic delivery to LA residents, giving a bottle of the hot sauce before mainstream availability. So keep an ear out for 6pc Hot. In the meantime, stream “Float” by 6LACK and let us know your thoughts.
I gotta put my shit back on track, been down bad, too many times
Know that it’s bad but it’ll be fine, that’s just how it is, shout out to slime
It’s a big war goin’ on outside, grab your lover time to slide
Say your prayers, hold ’em tight
